Who this covers
HELYI Creative is a trading name of Art on Computers Ltd, a UK graphic design business run by Louis Lantos. This policy explains what personal data is collected through helyi.co and how it's used.
What's collected
No cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics tags run on this site. The only personal data collected is what you choose to give when you:
- Email louis.lantos@pm.me — your email address and whatever you write in the message.
- Book a slot via the booking page — this uses Calendly, a third-party scheduling tool. Calendly processes your name, email, and any details you enter into the booking form under its own privacy policy.
How it's used
Data you send is used only to reply to your enquiry, scope a project, and deliver the work you've booked. It isn't sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for anything beyond running the job you've asked for.
How long it's kept
Enquiry and project emails are kept as long as needed for accounting, invoicing, and warranty purposes on delivered work — typically up to 6 years, in line with UK tax record-keeping requirements. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time; see below.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data held about you. To do so, email louis.lantos@pm.me. If you're unhappy with how a request is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Server logs
The hosting server logs standard technical data (IP address, page requested, timestamp) for security and performance monitoring, in line with normal web server operation. These logs aren't used for tracking or profiling individual visitors.
