Who this covers
HELYI Creative is a trading name of Art on Computers Ltd, a UK graphic design business run by Louis Lantos. These terms apply to any design job booked through helyi.co, by email, or by any other direct arrangement, and take effect as soon as a job is booked (deposit paid, or work agreed to start).
Art on Computers Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 10990013. Registered office: 7 St Peters Road, Dunstable, England, LU5 4HY.
Scope and quotes
Every job is fixed-price and scoped upfront from what you describe when booking. If the brief changes materially after work has started — a different deliverable, extra formats, a second round of concepts beyond what's included — that's treated as a new job or an add-on, quoted separately before any extra work begins.
Revisions
Each project includes two rounds of revisions as standard, unless a service page states otherwise. A revision round means feedback from you and changes made in response. If a design genuinely misses the original brief, that's fixed at no extra cost and doesn't count against your two rounds. Revisions beyond the included rounds are quoted separately.
Payment
Payment is due before final files are released. For projects over £300, payment can be split: 50% upfront to start the job, 50% on delivery. Prices shown on helyi.co don't include VAT — HELYI isn't VAT registered, so the price shown is the price you pay.
Turnaround and delays
Turnaround times quoted on each service page are working days from when a job starts (brief confirmed, deposit paid where applicable) — not from the date of booking. A job starts once everything needed to begin (brief, brand assets, copy, logins where relevant) has been received; if that arrives late, the turnaround date moves back by the same amount.
Cancellation
You can cancel before work starts for a full refund of any deposit paid. Once work has started, the deposit covers time already spent and isn't refundable; any balance due is limited to work actually delivered up to the point of cancellation.
Intellectual property
Ownership of the final delivered files transfers to you once payment is paid in full. Until then, all work remains the property of Art on Computers Ltd. Concepts and drafts not chosen as the final design remain the property of Art on Computers Ltd and aren't licensed for your use. You're responsible for making sure any material you supply (logos, photos, copy, brand assets) is yours to use or properly licensed — HELYI isn't liable for third-party rights issues in material you provide.
Liability
HELYI takes reasonable care to deliver accurate, print-ready, and functional work, but isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost business, lost profit) arising from its use. Total liability for any job is capped at the amount paid for that job.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
